Innovation at our heart


Project and Development  is an independent business unit at the Danish Agricultural Council.

We offer advisory services in the field of innovation and project management to the agricultural industry, farmers, research institutions and public authorities.

Our expertise ranges from advisory services to farmers who have an idea of how to innovate business to participation and project management in major collaboration projects between companies and research institutions. All customers are sharing the same goal - to obtain new knowledge and innovation. We supply our customers with tailor-made solutions, meeting our customer at his point of departure in the innovative process and enabling him to carry through successful innovation projects.

We are situated at the Danish Agricultural Council, the special-interest organisation for farmers and the food industry in Denmark, close to the political decision-making processes. Consequently, we easily monitor political decisions, debates and changes within national or EU legislation on agriculture or food innovations to the benefit of our partners. We have extensive knowledge of national and international subsidy facilitators.

We participate in the strong international network through our work with the EU Framework Programmes for Research and Technological Development. In our present activity Trainnet Future we aim specifically at getting more small and medium-sized companies to enter European research projects together with other European consultancy services.
